Marina Castellani has practiced exclusively in Family and Estate Law since 2011. She handles divorces, custody disputes, child support and probate in Florianópolis and its metropolitan area, on the premise that the process should protect people rather than prolong the conflict.

She is a certified mediator and favors agreements whenever they are possible and fair. When they are not, she litigates with the same discretion.

She comments on family law topics on regional radio, TV and podcasts, always in plain language. Master's in Civil Law from UFSC.

Júlia Brandão joined the firm in 2019 and works on custody, visitation and the support matters tied to them. She is the families' first contact at the firm and follows every step alongside Marina.
